Des Moines (June 25, 2024) – VentureTech, the credit union industry’s favorite fintech
showcase which has helped notable companies such as Posh , Eltropy , Illuma , and Ranqx to get
their start, is accepting fintech pitch applications. Taking place November 12-14, 2024, at the
Omni Frisco Hotel in Texas, this event brings together credit unions, CUSOs, credit union
leagues, and strategic investors with fintech companies from far and wide for its seventh year.
The event offers the opportunity to explore and share tech and products designed to shape the
future of credit unions.
VentureTech is currently encouraging emerging fintech companies to apply for the coveted
spots in the industry showcase. A committee of seasoned CU industry executives selects the
fintech that will make it onto the VentureTech stage. Fintech are chosen based on the
significance of the need they solve as well as their understanding of and commitment to serving
credit unions and their members. In 2023, 46% of the fintech that pitched at VentureTech were
led by underrepresented founders. The credit union audience will ultimately vote for Best in
Show as well as a winner of the Launch Party, which highlights a smaller group of early startups.
In all, 20+ new fintech are introduced to the industry – not to mention all the alumni companies
in Intersection Hall.
